ABOUT

As an executive coach, I collaborate with three main types of clients, each with their unique needs and goals: 

 

Type 1: Clients seeking guidance and a fresh perspective on their current life or work situation. They feel lost in their daily routine and want to change their outlook and strategy. Together, we will explore techniques to help them navigate these challenges. 

 

Type 2: Clients who are currently employed but looking for a new role or wanting to start a business. I will assess their current situation and provide guidance on making a successful transition. Leveraging my extensive network of over 12,000 professionals, I will connect them with the right people and provide introductions. With a background in recruiting and placing individuals in various industries across the country, I offer valuable expertise.  

 

Type 3: Business owners facing talent retention challenges. Through direct assessment and leveraging my connections within the industry, including competitors, I will identify and address the root causes of the talent struggles. The objective is to help them build a strong workforce.  

 

As a token of appreciation for your support, I'm offering a referral fee of 15% for successful client connections.
